"ON TAP Edo Tokyo Beer" is our house-brew brand that seamlessly blends Tokyo's traditional Shitamachi (downtown) culture with the spirit of modern craft brewing.
Located on the first floor of our pub, our microbrewery is equipped with specialized tanks as small as 75 liters. This small-batch approach allows us to explore bold and adventurous recipes that wouldn't be possible otherwise. Every year, we brew approximately 30 unique varieties of beer, ensuring there are always 20 fresh selections on tap for you to discover.
